DICE is still working on Battlefield 2042 “early April” patch notes

The Battlefield 2042 update in early April should finally arrive soon as DICE is currently working on the patch notes!

It’s fair to say that Battlefield 2042 hasn’t lived up to high fan expectations so far. In fact, it fell very short.

Battlefield 2042’s player count on Steam is now below 1,000 as players continue to drift away from the game. And it doesn’t help that the long-awaited April update has yet to arrive either. things.

Although DICE finally added a Dashboard to Battlefield 2042, the major update they promised for earlier this month had still not arrived by April 12.

Luckily, it looks like this update should be dropping very soon if this new information is anything to go by.

Battlefield 2042 Players Still Waiting For Voice Chat Update

Although DICE has revealed the huge map changes coming to Battlefield 2042 Season 1, there’s still very little information on when the voice chat update that was supposed to arrive “early April” will drop.

Previously, the DICE Community Manager revealed that the next Battlefield 2042 update will arrive “early April”. However, that time has already passed and many fans are worried about when the patch will actually drop.

Fortunately, there is some hope as Lead Game Designer at DICE, DRUNKKZ3revealed in a new tweet.

DICE has been listening to fan feedback on Battlefield 2042 and apparently the game’s April update isn’t far off now. In fact, the developers are currently working on the patch notes.

Fans are hoping this means the update will arrive in the next few days. However, there is no time limit for the actual “not long” duration, so you’ll have to watch for additional updates from DICE.

The player count can’t drop much more as it stands, but hopefully the game can survive until the Battlefield 2042 Season 1 release date if a few more updates like this drop soon.

In other news, some fans of the series are more excited about Battlefield’s mobile entry. A huge leak has revealed weapons, gadgets and maps in Battlefield Mobile.
