Nas shares “Life is Like a Dice Game” remake f / Cordae and Freddie Gibbs


A new version of the track “Life Is Like a Dice Game” by Nas with Cordae and Freddie Gibbs has been released via Spotify.

“Spotify took out a ’90s leak that I made eons ago, and asked if I could resurrect it,” Nas said of the track, per HipHop-N-More. “I don’t remember where I recorded it, or who produced it – maybe Easy Moe Bee, he was killing the game back then! Carl Chery from Spotify suggested we hook up with Freddie & Cordae to breathe new life into the song and I loved it.

The track was given a makeover by Hit-Boy and is now available on Spotify. Listen to it below.

“Life is like a game of dice” arrives on the eve of the 25e anniversary of Nas’ second studio album It was written, which was released on July 2, 1996.

Nas shared his thirteenth studio album King’s disease in August 2020.
