NFL (3 Units) 2 Team 6 Point Teaser; Heads -0.5, Bucs -1 (-120):
Okay, 3 units might sound like a lot, but after yesterday I’m ready to move on asap. The Chiefs face an Eagles team that has just been overthrown by the Cowboys. The Cowboys and the Chiefs have a lot in common and I expect the Chiefs to shoot at full blast, especially after a few tough losses in recent weeks. I just don’t believe in Jalen Hurts so it wasn’t a hard decision for me.
As for the second half of that tease, well, it’s Tom Brady in the spotlight on a record-breaking night against the team he wants to embarrass the most. I’m taking these two ATS games as well, but for now let’s focus on the tease and how much fun this game should be watching in general. The Bucs are rolling in this one for what should be a stress-free end to a beautiful Sunday.
NFL (1 unit) 2 Team teaser; Titans PK, Packers PK (-120):
You can mix and match these teasers however you like, but one thing I’m not afraid of is the Jets. That spread from the Titans has shifted to the Jets due to numerous injuries Tennessee faces, including Julio Jones and AJ Brown being ruled out. Even with all the injuries and line moves, I’m just not scared of Zach Wilson. The guy has looked horrible for several weeks in a row and has a lot to prove to me before I feel uncomfortable fighting him in a prime location.
The Packers will face Big Ben Steelers Roethlisberger this week and that must do Aaron Rodgers some good. Somehow, these two aging quarterbacks haven’t played since the 2010 Super Bowl and we all remember how that played out. I expect more of the same here, except this time Big Ben sucks. His improved diet and training regimen clearly weren’t enough to keep him in the league any longer, so look for some Lambeau Leaps en route to a Packer’s victory in this one.
NFL (1 unit) Cowboys -4 Vs. Panthers (-110): 12h CT on Fox
Yeah, yeah, yeah I know I’m a Cowboys fan but this team is legit. The addition of Micah Parsons had a gigantic impact for this defense and they will only get better as the year goes on. Trevon Diggs, Parsons and Co. paired up with an offense featuring several big receivers and first MVP contender Dak Prescott are nearly impossible when the going is going. Add Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard and this team is almost unstoppable. Caroline on the outside won’t be able to use her home turf to slow down an offensive unit that hasn’t been stopped so far. Also, Sam Darnold has yet to prove to me that he should be taken seriously, especially with two of his wins against bottom feeders in an otherwise deep league this year.
NFL (0.5 units) 49ers -2 Vs Seahawks (-110): 3:05 p.m. CT on Fox
I reduced this one to a half unit because the Seahawks really need to win this game. The problem is, they won’t. The 49ers are coming out of a tough loss to Green Bay and will have their home crowd behind them as the Seahawks come off with an all-out kick in Minnesota. As long as Russ doesn’t cook too much in this one, the 49ers should have no problem covering such a small spread at home.
No degenerate today.
Tiny Nick has been 390-295 ATS (+87.4 units) on his locks since joining Zone Coverage.
Every day he will offer his choices of locks and degenerates. Locks are the games he trusts. Degenerates are fun choices but riskier ones.
