Sports betting at tribal casinos can begin in Washington State when changes to the sports betting contract are approved by the US Department of the Interior. Currently sixteen tribes: Confederate Tribes of Colville Reservation, Cowlitz Indian Tribe, Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, Kalispel Tribe of Indians, Lummi Nation, Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, Puyallup Indian Tribe, Shoalwater Indian Tribe Bay, Snoqualmie Indian Tribe, Spokane Tribe, Squaxin Island Tribe, Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians, Suquamish Tribe, Swinomish Indian Tribe, Washington Tulalip Tribe and Skokomish Indian Tribe have approved the amendments to the sports betting pact before the US Department of the Interior for review and approval.
